Bassinet Stand

The bassinet has been in my client's family since the early 1900s. To celebrate her first grandchild's birth, she had me make a stand and skirting, which are are custom fit to the bassinet. The skirting is made from 15 yards of vintage white satin and has vintage cotton fabric inner liner. The interior bassinet liner and mattress cover are made from a vintage quilted mattress protector. The bow is made from light pink dupion silk.
